Press conferences at major events are typically hosted and managed by a team within the local organisers. A communications plan would typically incorporate the production of press releases and other communication activities generated during a press conference. The organisers may also be required to prepare a transcript and/or audio file of each press conference that takes place to enable remote agencies and journalists to post their articles remotely.
